    ANTHROPIC CLAUDE CODE

    Claw Me for Claude Code

The Claude Code package installs the same Claw Me operating guidance and hosted MCP connection through Claude’s native plugin marketplace.

RECOMMENDEDInstall from the Claw Me marketplace
    /plugin marketplace add clawdotme/plugin
    /plugin install claw-me@claw-me

Run these commands inside Claude Code. Reopen the session if the installed plugin is not loaded immediately.

    AUTHORIZE

Let the owner approve the connection

Claw Me uses a first-party review flow. The client can ask for access, but it cannot approve itself or silently add scopes.

    1. 01

Tell Claude Code what you want to do in Claw Me so it can request a narrow set of scopes.

    2. 02

Complete the owner verification from the email sent by Claw Me; do not copy the emailed link or device secret into the chat.

    3. 03

Check the Agent name and scopes in Claw Me, then approve or reject the request.

    VERIFY

Prove the boundary before real work

A clean connection is not enough. Verify discovery, read-only access, and an approval-required action before relying on the setup.

    1. 01

Confirm the claw-me skill appears in the installed plugin and the MCP server reports as connected.

    2. 02

Ask Claude Code to call wiki_get_agent_guide and summarize the available, owner-approved surface.

    3. 03

Test with a read-only request before asking it to propose a Wiki change or publish a private Page.

    TROUBLESHOOTING

    Common connection issues

Claude Code cannot find the marketplace.

Check that clawdotme/plugin is entered exactly, then update the marketplace and retry the install command.

The MCP connection says authentication is required.

That is expected before owner approval. Ask Claude Code to begin Claw Me device authorization and finish the review in Claw Me.

    What it can do

    • Use hosted MCP tools for private Pages, approved Wiki context, and owner-controlled workspace actions.
    • Hand work to Claw Me over A2A at an Agent address without embedding a private runtime in the plugin.
    • Route sensitive work through Sandbox so the owner can approve or reject it before anything durable changes.

    Safeguards

    • Request only the scopes needed for the task; missing access should stop at the approval step.
    • Pages and workspace output stay private until the owner deliberately shares or publishes them.
    • Never paste API keys, device secrets, setup codes, or emailed sign-in links into chat.
