Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClawHouse. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and PIN. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClawHouse to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Make harassing, threatening, or fraudulent calls
• Transmit spam, robocalls, or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service for any illegal telemarketing or phishing activity
• Violate Telnyx's Acceptable Use Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

4. The Service

ClawHouse provides managed hosting for OpenClaw AI assistants. The Service includes:

• Fully managed OpenClaw instance deployment
• Multi-channel messaging (Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, webchat)
• Access to open-source and proprietary AI models
• Private encrypted networking via WireGuard
• Persistent memory and dedicated storage
• A web portal for account and bot management

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Usage Quotas

Your account is subject to usage quotas as displayed in your dashboard. We may adjust quotas at our discretion. Exceeding your quota may result in service limitations until the quota resets.

6. API Keys

API keys are for your use only. Do not share API keys or embed them in client-side code. You may revoke and regenerate keys at any time from the dashboard. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of compromised API keys.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ClawHouse, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

ClawHouse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Telnyx LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telnyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
